+Do you offer Pick-Up and Delivery?

We sure do. Just give us a call to arrange a suitable time.

+Do you offer warranty with your Services?

Yes. All our worked is backed by 7 days warranty. If the same problem is still occuring after your service, without any hassles we will arrange a new appointment for you.

+I purchased a new computer from you, how long is warranty?

Brand new computers come with 1 year hardware replacement warranty. If you think the hardware has failed just give us a call and we will determine what the problem is. If the problem is faulty hardware we will arrange a replacement for you at no cost. However, If it isn't a hardware problem than you will only be charged for the technicians time to fix it. And don't worry you will be advised on any costs before work is continued.

+What is your availability?

Generally same day if your booking in the morning, otherwise it will be either in the late afternoon or the following day. If it is urgent we do offer after hours support at no extra cost.
We can do weekendsdepending on our availability, just give us a call and we'll do our best to help you.

+How long will the service take ?

It all depends on the nature of the problem, the majority of issues are usually completed in 1 hour to a maximum of 2 hours. Our price cap is at 2 hours, so if the labour is over 2 hours the service will not incur any further costs. However, there are conditions if the job task requires us for a full day.

For businesses that require higher skilled services such as Server Rollouts, Backup and Maintenance, our final quote will depend on the scope of work involved.

+How much will it cost?

 We have a capped time-based billing structure, this means you can have your problem fixed without being billed for each individual task to fix the problem.

For home & home office clients our onsite rate is $80 per hour and capped at 2 hours. Time spent over 2 hours will not incur any futher costs. Please note: If the job task requires us for a full day then your price cap will be adjusted accordingly.

For business clients it will cost $100 /hr; the price cap depends on the scope of work involved, just give us a call and let us know your requirements.

+What is a price cap?

A price cap is the maximum rate you will pay for your computer service without charging you any extra if it goes overtime.
